I don't understand this but this doesn't sound good. Who specifically are you going after with the class action? No point going after PAC itself that's just taking from other shareholders.
I don't think harping on about 200million lost market cap makes sense. Market cap also reflects sentiment not underlying value. One would think maybe this stock was overvalued before the merger +- market cap will naturally return if earnings are proven to normalise around what is expected.
The only thing to investigate id imagine is anything illegal, which is doubtful but wouldn't mind someone investigating. first strike is a start the board is on notice for their generosity.
