DJ1 there was a capital raising in April, 2008 for $93 million yet there was no trading halt - is this not a material fanancial transaction?
If the remaining tranche of finance is secured then the SP
will probably be impacted just like it did did under the first tranche - up to mid 30's & then settle back to mid 25's as shareholders will always factor in that that plant construction does not start till Q4 2009 & full production not till Q3 2010 which does expose the company somewhat to the impact of the GEC.
If the remaining tranche is not secured or a less favourable
option announced then the SP will probably be knocked around.
