Well the issue price is quite high... and like I said times have changed, finance and capital raising issues are now material continuous disclosure issues. Just like a share such as MAE... it has debt problems with no real way of repaying it. I guess one day a stock such as that will have to conduct a massive capital raising and dilution to solve its debt problems.
