There was no trading halt when the first tranche of finance was announced nor was there when the capital diluting standby facility was announced.
They release the quarterly activities report yet the trading halt regarding the last tranche of finance remains.
Anyway why a trading halt if it was just to announce confirmation of the securing of the second & most critical finance as it has been pre-empted for months.
In fact, the last time LYC went into trading halt was August 2007 notwithstanding in that time there have been multiple major share placements & convertible notes facilities etc. updates announced.
They must have major issues with the US$95M facility or why aren't they telling the market immediately.
