DKR stopped selling after they recovered their original investment of $20M. They appear to be holding the remaining stock for NASDAQ. The current selling and the selling over the last 2 weeks is in the form of transfers between related entities as seen in the changes to the nominee accounts. Once the market realises it won't be getting dumped DKR shares sentiment will change.
