If we look at the past 4 great announcements starting from the 29th of Oct, it's hard to believe that the SP has only like moved 0.03c. I guess everyone is cautious but at the end of the day once that uncertainty is gone we won't be purchasing shares at 1.8c again.
We have working capital well someones taken the risk and to dish out that amount of money they must see little risk with INL.
Someone knows something we don't...
