London were moving their ore on floating barges because Timmis (acting for AML) wouldn't give them rail access. The price of IO drops and all of a sudden the mine isn't economical and London go into administration. Timmis (acting for TMC) buys London out fo administration and does a deal with Timmis (acting for AML) to access the railway!!!
Magic! Economical mine in low IO price environment!
So yes, there is an alternative but it probably unsustainable with prices under $100/tonne (guessing).
