The people alive today that benefited from land being stolen should either a) give up the land or b) pay compensation to those who incurred a loss today as a result of the stolen land or c) have a treaty to delineate which land belongs to whom.

Australia today has been treading on path B.

Otherwise you can just go around taking other peoples' land and then breed on their land as you will without consequence for future generations. World doesn't work like that.
