I am not too fussed either way. It is a merger not really a takeover so there should be a more efficient and more valuable combined entity.
The only concern I have is that I am unfamiliar with EQT's board. I think TRU's board has done well over the years and I am familiar with their policies. I would be happier if TRU had more representatives on a combined board.
