its hard to fathom ACS Market Price
for the following reasons
(1) the Directors Stated their preferred option is to Sell their Magnetite deposit
(2) Valued between mid Range at 80c per share
(3) The Directors are in this process now
(4) A Placement for approx 8% of the Company recently done at 30cents per Share plus Options
(5) The Company would have approx $120mill in Cash at .80 cents per share
(6) plus the two other Mineral deposits
If this is not a mispricing I will walk to China
