I agree, the more I think about it, the more angry I get.
These subscriptions are based on small-caps, and are naturally the most volatile and sensitive on the market. They need to be smarter with their service as I think they may well lose a few subscribers shortly.
I just sent an email to Dr C. I don't expect a reply, but if he does I'll pass on the general gist of it.
