Looks like somebody is keen to sell at any price. Generally when a stock rises, people buy and when it drops, people sell, especially when the broad market is in a strong up trend and up more than 80 points today.
Unless the sellers know something we don't know, at this level at a time when the plant is getting completed, it is definitely worth a punt.
I won't be waiting for 1.9c.
