All this talk really is pointless unless GRY start to walk the walk. They certainly have talked the talk. They are like a football team that everyone agrees has some great players ( great reserves 4.5 mil oz) , however the scoreboard of their current match says they are down 55 points (55%) in 2012 Pouring money into PIR is like putting a deposit on a champion player, knowing they can't play for you. Instead they should develop the recruits they have, as for the coaches they need to put in some big games otherwise their champion team will go down as under performers. At the end of the day the scoreboard is the best judge and ATM they are getting their bottoms spanked.
