    On paper it looks pretty good. SCB are no dummies in se asia.

    What do you think they gave away or put up as security.

    Not taken up by the H/C's players.

    Now they have to sell the story for it seems a reasonable one. The El paso deal (buy out) has to be a done deal given the size and exposure of the loan.
