Glad you guys found the spreadsheet useful. It helped me to hold fast through many difficult times with HDR. No matter how I crunched the numbers HDR was a bargain. For many years it seemed as if we were the only people who could see its true value. Unfortunately I haven't kept the spreadsheet up to date. It's well overdue for a makeover. It will be more difficult now, because Hardman will be part explorer/part producer.
If I redo the sheet I'll let you know. Let's have a Cairns party when it hits $10, and Tokyo if it makes it to $20. If reserves reach 10 billion+ OR the oil hits $60 a barrel these valuations are within reach. Both possibilities are more than 50% likely in my opinion.
