I guess its their right to take up their entitlement . However, remembering back from the early days, the % is small compared to other nations governments.

Considering the economic problems they are having at present, I would not expect them to be able to cough up the cash. But if they do end up with a share, it will mean more cash in the bank for the consorteum and a stronger level of support by the Mauritania government.
