re: hardman starts proceedings I don't think Woodman will try for HDR, they have Shell climbing all over them! Pity the Australian government have this strange belief that what's ours is ours and what yours is ours if we wish to buy it!
In the future it will be their undoing, the Yanks could 'make hay' with Australian companies if they held the same views/beliefs! But there, why fall out over it :)
Are we talking about the Mauritanian pay back that Woody wish to keep 100%? If they hold 50% odd of any field/block B, then surely that's all they should get?! Seems crazy to me and good luck to Hardman, they will surely win!
