After each ann and subsequent sp surge the technical charts have been showing NEN in overbought territory, thus prompting a sell signal for swing and day traders. Because the anns are nicely spaced it allows these traders time to sell off then buy back in the dip. It's been working nicely/profitably for a lot of swing/day traders - they just make sure that they start to buy back in several days before the next expected anns. Not rocket-science or conspiracy, just using technical signals to make short term profits of ~10+% profit on each ann. Nice work if you can get it - I've been sorely tempted to join them!
