I noticed your post earlier today re Tullow's statement that "they would be drilling in Guyane by 2007".
If this is correct, it is a most important display of they confidence. Unless Tullow raise their bid price for HDR, they will simply be a minority shareholder in HDR along with the two opportunist UK brokers holding some 5.5% and Merrill selling their 13.5% [now held as principal] to the highest bidder. The bid price must be increased to at least $2.50 if Tullow are to have absolute control of HDR to drill in Guyane
