Let us remember that there are some 750 million shares on issue in HDR; Look at the daily turnover only 1 to 2 % of the issued shares per day; and to day ,very few going to Tullow at $2.02. The bulk of the shareholders are simply holding on for the future upwards ride which has to come if Tullow want control as the present bid price is hopelessly too low.
