RIO held the ground, the payed the rent, they employed a 3rd party to deliver the documentation which is where the process got fouled. I reckon it is a simple case of extenuating circumstances that opened a window for the diligent CAZ junior to jump through. Nothing sinister so far but fair dinkum RIO were trying to do the righty & their intent was to continue to hold the ground, that's the bottom line.
CAZ has jumped the claim & they may yet make a dollar out of it but it is my opinion that RIO will hold the ground once the dust settles.
