It would be in the best interests of the market to tidy this one up asap. I'd would think that they already know which way it will go but are timing the announcement. Carpenter talking down CAZ may be his way of mitigating loss to small shareholders who have taken a punt on the outcome, maybe not.
I reckon that CAZ will end up coming a close second to the very large & very powerful RIO, who pay a LOT of royalties & tax in this state & at the end of the day had payed, & the gov't accepted, the rent.
CAZ, no cigar.
