mreinke, you keep speaking about corruption & shame & law & a whole lot of other crap that is driven by emotion & an obvious hold position. do not villify sue12, she is stating a view that I hold regarding how this case will go. RIO has a strong legal position & as for precedent, well, history is scattered with crazy situations concerning the mediation in tenement disputes. Just look at the rush on the Kanowna Graveyard early in the 20th century...I think the warden tossed a coin!!! Corruption is just a dirty word that describes how the majority of business is done on this planet. I agree with you sue12, that makes 2 of us on this matter, & yes I am in the mining industry.
