I suspect it might be higher grades.. As the article suggested that only the better grades would sell.
So they would cherry pick the best of what MUS has to offer. meaning grades could reach $60- $100crts.
And whatever is left would be the low grade that was not sold.
My view doesnt change that the average grade on the entire 400,000 parcel is $60 though.
My views anyway.
