1. Everything comes down to the average price MUS achieved. As long as we get over A$10 million then everything is fine, under this and things start to get tricky.

2. The decision of the ASX to allow MUS to trade yesterday after management had request a TH before opening is one of the worse cases of ineptitude I have seen. MUS should move to a new exchange as soon as possible and consider their legal options. The damage in allowing MUS to trade can't be underestimated.

3. There seems to be problems with the way the inventory was presented, both in the way it was sorted and how it was explained to the buyers in advance. The low clearance rate could well be linked to this since - MUS well have decided to hold back the lots that got a low-ball bids to allow them be sorted. Whoever advised MUS on the sorting/auction strategy needs to go.

4. We need a very frank and open discussion from management of where our rubies stand in the market and the path forward. If MUS is a mid-quality producer then success is going to come down to volume and production costs. We need need a clear and detailed plan of what needs to be done and what resources will be required.

5. We are no longer trading on hope, but execution. There is a need to improve the board and general corporate governance. What are Ian and Corbus actually doing? How are Peter's skills being used? We can't continue to just leave everything on CJ.
