They sold 42% so they have sellable product. They just need to focus on selling the right product through that sales channel.

Auction for higher quality.

Other channels for commercial grades.

( although we need confirmation of which material was successfully sold )

Also need to change production strategy. Literally dig themselves out through focus on mining and change the way Artisanals are used.

Seems like sorting and grading was also not completed or perhaps rushed.
