I think you meant to say was BLG have made unfulfilled expectations.

The fact there are so many unfulfilled expectation is also a cause for concern.

Other than the the chance to work doing R&D and get paid for it every week, BLG must be a disappointing environment for those employees who hope to achieve something. Generally these people float away when nothing happens and you are left with those who like the R&D and comfortable doing thought experiements. Such people I call 'the others".

...and there are quite a few long termers there at BLG.

I agree with you AM, the boat sailed a long time ago and BLG were never up with what was happening in the market and the technology in general.

Basically flogging a one horse idea and the poor old nag has been saddled for Handicaps, Maidens, Hurdles, Handicaps and even once showed up once in the Melbourne Cup mounting yard.

Never could find a decent jockey in my opinion. Trainer seems ok, but handlers and strappers probably a bit ordinary.
