Gilead need Ledipasvir approved so they have a workable combination of their own. They will have to shape up to compete with the soon to be approved combos.
The current regime, (as standard of care in the US) is using Sovaldi with a choice of four defunct drugs..... it's full of shy te.
That is why it is not available here IMO.
