Reading the latest comments from some other established names in the CBM sector give me some additional comfort. It is pretty clear that they are all looking at Europe as the next big thing in CBM and other unconventional gas.
Shell will actually be drilling its first CBM wells in Germany on the other side of the French/German border in the same coal EGL got in Lorraine. I would not be surprised if they were to knock on EGL's door soon if they achieve any success with their drilling efforts.
