    Like I said before Harls. They can tuck into their reserves because they think the market price is too high, that's fine.

    The problem is they raise the risk of interruption of supply to their clients, maybe it is low risk when you first take a bit of the buffer but how long can you keep eating into it?

    I don't know where Barry gets 5 years as the buffer size, seems like a lot to me. Maybe he's right but from what I understand there are 440 N plants in the world and current world consumption of U is 160 million pounds per annum.

    That's about 363,000 pounds per annum per plant. If you have to hold a five year reserve supply that's more than 1.8 million pounds or 824,000 kilograms or 824 tonnes. Like I said, seems like a lot.
