I found the information in some reading, sometime back when researching into Arvea, the giant French Company.
Where it also stated, that to obtain finance for a 92 fuelled power station, that the finace company also required a fuel supply for 5years, under contract.
Which Avrea can suppy the design, building, training of staff and the supply of fuel.
My interest was because they had a share holding in SMM and a share holding in the now failed Cigar Mine and therefore must surely be looking or considering a replacement for the 92 mined from Cigar Lake.
Their profit per year would allow them to easly buy out a potential 92 Company to for fill the now lost potential supply.
They also have African experience in mining 92.
