Better one in the hand than two in the bush ....in Pala case ....they personal can't have seen ELM as being worth holding onto for a higher price from the likes of Dingyi ? take the money and run or do they believe Harlequin to strike up a sweet deal even better than the failed Dingyi time waste within the next year....
