yes traydoor, the actions of the majors will naturally preclude the juniors. I don't believe it is a conspiracy, its just a naturally competitive advantage being exercised.
It is not helpful for the juniors' cause to stand off and throw rocks at the majors either - that does not exactly motivate the majors to allow access to their infrastructure.
