MAC had another option of $2.5m POL shares at 30cents or so didn't they? I don't see why this wouldnt be converted since it is so far in the money. I also would think that the water rights would still be wanted from Harmony as it seems necessary for them to reach their targets.
We will see how it plays out. Hopefully we have news regarding successful commissioning before the takeover is complete and we see the rise in sp off the back of that. I don't see the SP moving until we see the first concentrate produced successfully as this is the largest risk remaining.
