I am sure he's happy, it comes with a job.

Aegis is a London based global player I like the company and will be happy to have shares in it, I just reckon shareholders deserve a better deal than currently tabled.

Incidently aegis is trading on a PE of 21, which if applied to MCU makes it worth 1.35 based on last 09 earning of 6.63 cents per share.

Nearly 10% of the company turned over on Friday, so I'm wondering if some entity(s) may be building a position for a counter offer.

Tomorrow will be interesting.
