you will get 40 Aegis shares for ever 67. Exhange rate not a factor in that equation but may add or demisnish the value as the case maybe.
Taking the shares is the best option by far in my opinion and I think anyone looking into it will want to do that.
One concern is the 9.9% cap on Aegis capital, leaving me wondering if there could be a scale back provision, or an increased cash offer?
Need to spend some time doing the maths, hoping someone else can do that :-)
