So, if more people are engaged enough to vote in a US election that they tip the scales back to rationality...
This is a good reason to move US voting to a weekend, if not make it compulsory. AND bring in preferential voting.
None of these are likely to come into action in my lifetime.
I am so glad Australia has compulsory voting at a Federal level...
