Firstly, thank you to JPGuru to have brought this matter to attention, otherwise I would not have known about it at all.
I have sent an email to Mr Garrison and team about this. FYI the embedded email box on their Contact Us page does not work. I've had to go to my own Gmail to send it. They will need to look into that too.
Gers is right, Mr Garrison and the management need to immediately step in and resolve.
Sorry wangj and $tockfella, have to disagree - issue is snowballing quickly into a bigger crisis. Reviews are calling out the very integrity of the company and management - 'bait and switch', 'false reason given for cancellation being 'something wrong with the addresess', 'liars' etc - you can imagine how damaging this will be for the business.
In less than 24 hours the negative feedback has now climbed to over 350, more will come, and these are the most recent reviews that people will be reading when they look at shopping for the coming black Friday sales and Christmas month.
