If not for Trump's hush money sentencing on 18th September Trump would withdraw from the race IMO.
Maybe Trump wants a jail term to win sympathy votes.
Putin will be hoping and praying for Vance to enter the Oval Office on Trump's ticket. Harris or Haley victories could topple Putin IMO. A DeSantis victory could be positive or negative for Putin's prospects.
The only current certainty is that Trump is as deflated as his campaign.
