And if not...why then is it ok to have a private view which satisfies your measure....ya know not swaying others given they are public servants and all that...but then,...be allowed to donate their union money to campaigns and influence a great many people thru the advertising that money buys?
FWIW...we here in Oz would do well to have things like a 1st amendment...enshrined in law and protected at all costs.
