ooh aah get it real bad and I have 2 brothers who do as well. knees ankles toes and occasionally fingers. I don't want to go on to permanent meds if I can get away with it. I find for me chicken and junk food with too many enchancers, presevatives etc are the cause. I eat a lot healthier these days and have thus seemed to have limited it a bit
