His inheritance won't last for a decade at the rate he spends other people's money. I think it's Charles that has the Dutchy which he also inherited. If he wants out then no problem, just resign and go. He should keep the title of Sir but should relinquish the Suffolk title. He's not the first to pull the plug from the house of Windsor so it shouldn't be a big issue as he's waaay down the list to wear the big hat.
