There was an article on the SMH this morning which has since been taken down which quotes the acting CEO Mr Wild as saying poor management was to blame for the Hastie collapse. I assume poor management includes poor Board direction and especially from those on the Audit and Risk Management committee such as Mr Boon.

I wondder if Shroders who have lost big time at Hastie, and MBA, are currently rethinking their support for Boon on the PPX Board.
