harshly treated or?

Hello KDL followers,

I note the recent company decision to defer expansion plans and their CR. To me, this looks like a reasonable decision, although I do wonder why pursue the CR in the first place.

I have read the various broker reports floating around on the company website, but does anyone have a thought on recent downward share price movement? Has KDL been treated harshly?
