This thread I have opened to allow SH's to discuss the "Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act" Something I personally have never heard of but apparently is a program which provides the Federal Trade Commission & the Department of Justice with information about large mergers. In our latest announcement it states
'The closing of the license agreement is subject to the expiration or termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act and certain other conditions'.
