Agree Wazza.....having had this exact same 'stonewall response' with another Aus biotech (FDA decision was similar.....repeat another trial because previous trial data 'not consistent' in their view) ruined the company SP. They couldn't afford another trial....even if they could...the delay was enormous....the company SP crashed ....thanks to continuous CR & dilution.....now it's been taken over by a US company for 'cheap as chips' prices. Coincidence ????? Now I'm not sure. The msb experience has illustrated to me that the 'light at the end of the tunnel could well be a freight train driven by perochial gov watch dogs & regulators ! Suffice to say the 'toot toot analogy' of this train's leaving the station....all aboard, could also mean a freight train heading our way for a head on collision !!! Or should that be COLLUSION ?????????? As SH.....we have been through the agony & the ecstacy of the market and I really feel for GVHD parents & their kids .....
