Hartleys have made a number of share price forecasts over the last months and never met one.
At currently uranium contract prices, the annual PEN net profit from Lance is US$27m per annum.
Divide that by the pieces of paper that will be on issue.
The 9 cent Hartleys target will not be met in 6 months, unless uranium contract prices reach US$75lb.
Currently, contract prices are US$59lb.
