Hi Tailspin,
The only way i see a CR coming into the equation is plant upgrade for FML - if that is the reason, then great.
Same can be said for CRE and their current arrangements and future processing plans.
If either of these occur, it is warranted. I would much prefer a CR than bringing in a larger debt to equity ratio when most lenders are a little tight and call the shots on lending terms.
If the LOC is used, then i presume it will be for nothing more than day to day and will be like a CC than can be paid down weekly.
