patience is required even if Hartleys releases a new report it will have no affect on the sp, the sp I beleive is been capped to get all the traders out and when drilling of thailand comes closer it will start its run and if they find oil I beleive it will be over $1, chances are pretty good since its been drilled before and they found oil some 20 years ago, it could of course start its run sooner if any of these coming wells in the US in July come good, however, I don't beleive it will go much higher than 20c
