Accumulate AMP
Wealth management and life insurer AMP is expected to produce strong results from its FY12 earnings, due to be reported on 21st Feb. Though FY11 was dissapointing, AMP timed its AXA acquisition well, with investor confidence starting to recover. Improving equity markets should bode well for growth in the wealth management division. We have a valuation of $6.50.
